Delivery

All NKTaylor prints are carefully packaged by hand and posted in protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• Prints are produced on high quality archival paper
• Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days
• UK delivery is sent via tracked Royal Mail service
• A5 and A4 prints are packaged in protective card-backed envelopes
• Larger prints are carefully wrapped and posted in sturdy postal tubes

Please note that colours may vary slightly from screen to print due to different monitor settings.

Returns

We hope you love your artwork, however if there is a problem with your order please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged
• Due to the nature of art prints, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order items
